Move “My Documents” to Storage Card

  1. Go to  HKLM\System\StorageManager\Profiles\SDMemory
  2. Change the value of “Folder” to “My documents”
  • Additional work need to be done in order to get it work properly. Below are the steps taken from PocketPCTweaks’s comments from Majed.
    • 1- Hard reset the device
    • 2- Synchronize again the PPC
    • 3- Apply the tweak
    • 4- Rename My Documents folder (the original one) to any other name
    • 5- power off the PPC, wait for 15 sec, then reset. Synchronize the ppc.You will find your notes deleted from Outlook, just restore them from the deleted items folder. Then , you can delete the old folder my documents
